    Design

    Choose images, drag & drop your logo and header text freely, set the subject line, customize body copy, and add a matching call-to-action — all in the visual editor with live preview.     Rendering

    The design is automatically converted into a format that works across all major email clients — from Outlook 2016 to Apple Mail. Rules for VML layouts (Outlook), dark mode adaptations, inline styles, and fallback fonts are applied automatically. CTA button colors, background images, and background colors are optimized for consistent rendering everywhere. Automatic style inlining ensures no client strips your formatting.

    Orchestrate

    The finished email is handed off to Mautic. A new segment, campaign, and email asset are created automatically — ensuring every contact flows cleanly into the intended workflow. Including resend mechanisms, scheduling, and all campaign actions needed for seamless execution. The editor never needs to log into Mautic or Mailjet — all orchestration runs invisibly in the background, controlled entirely through the sp8 interface.

    Dispatch

    Delivery runs through the proven Mautic engine. Retries and resends follow the rules configured in sp8 and are automatically synced to the Mautic campaign. Bounce handling and unsubscribe links are processed automatically.

    Deliver

    Final delivery via Mailjet as an enterprise email delivery service. DKIM, DMARC, and SPF are properly configured and passed with every send — nothing lands on a blacklist, and even strict security gateways like Hornet Security are cleared. The entire delivery process is GDPR-compliant, as Mailjet processes data in German and EU data centers as a European provider.

    Analyze

    All feedback from the marketing automation flows into the dashboard in real time via webhooks: opt-in confirmation, email opened, CTA clicked, unopened, unsubscribe, bounce, and suppression list entries. Data can be filtered, grouped by segments, and used for targeted customer nurturing — without switching between tools. Campaign data turns directly into the next action.
